I think I'm starting to get heavier. With this in mind, a friend of mine asked Kelly Clarkson (her off American Idle... erm, I mean Idol) what I should do to stay thin.

Her advice? Well, I don't think she'll be a gym instructor yet! But amusing none-the-less!
